Mountaintown Beef Grilling Guide

Part 1:  Rest & Pre-Heat

  1. Remove thawed Mountaintown Beef Cut from the refrigerator and let rest at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Pre-heat your Gas/Charcoal Grill

 

Part 2: Grill Times

  1. Once Grill is heated, Sear Mountaintown Beef Cut over direct high heat EACH SIDE for 1 minute with lid closed.
  2. Transfer to indirect heat OR reduce heat to low.
  • Close lid and cook according to the times and temperatures below.
  • Times are organized by thickness and temperature for easy grilling.
  • Please note:  Grill times are suggested guidelines only, actual times may vary depending upon your grill type and temperature.

 

Part 3:  Rest Again then ENJOY!

  1.  Always let steaks rest 5 minutes
  2. Enjoy!
